That way people could easily see the discussion for each motherboard.

My motherboard did not work with the MrBios Opti895 bios but this was a good runner up--- http://vogonsdrivers.com/getfile.php?fileid=730&menustate=0 The link has a manual that more closely matches my revision of the board and a bios dated 10/10/1994 that correctly identifies an AMD 5x86 process...

Note:

USB Header near keyboard port has the key at pin 2 between VCC and Data- instead of the standard at pin 5.

Need to rewire a standard header to get this to work.
