I have only the Manual and searched the databse. Just having the board layout from the Manual, it seems to fit this one: http://www.win3x.org/uh19/motherboard/show/6763 Looks like one of those ugly NoName boards, that nobody knows who really made it. Even the naming in the manual is totally confused...
