Il sert de gestionnaire de tâches, car il affiche à droite les icônes des applications ouvertes (ici on reconnait l'icône de Paint Shop Pro).
L'accès à ces applications se fait d'un simple clic sur leur icône.
Note: l'icône représentant la petite pendule de couleur gris est l'icône de Barclock : 1 clic = disparition de l'affichage de Barclock, 1 autre clic = réaffichage de Barclock.

Tout est paramétrable, les alarmes permettent de lancer un son *.WAV, d'afficher les messages soit dans une boite de dialogue, soit de faire défiler votre message dans la barre de titre de l'application en cours d'utilisation.
Si vous êtes un utilisateur enregistré, Barclock permet aussi le déchargement
des *.DLL "oubliés" par les applications (à utiliser avec précaution).

L'essayer c'est l'adopter.
Cette version 4.2 est la dernière sortie pour Windows 3.x.
