Motherboard schema: BABY AT UMC UM8881/8886
Supported memory: 72pin SIMM
Supported CPUs: Socket 3 (AMD DX4-100 installed)
Motherboard BIOS(es): AMIBIOS (bios dump later if needed)
Notes: No model marking on the board, not event on the back side. Only "MG Product" "U.S. Tecnology" and a sticker "S/N: MG1640467" with hand written last digit. Four ISA and Four PCI slots, two IDE interfaces, no floppy or ports on board except AT keyboard. Has an unique overhaning CPU socket position. DOES NOT WORK WITHOUT RTC BATTERY. Option for keyboard controller and CMOS battery on PCB.

008021 is labeled as Acer but I think it's from a board with an ALi chipset, in reality I feel confident to label it as MG product by now as many times boards are labeled as MG. MG may have relabeled ADI or TK produced boards and requested their own bios ID at AMI.

I found some settings in a Google groups message:
