| I did some testing and the three marked pins here are connected to the 3.3v pins on the PCI slots. The other three pins are ground. |

| I was trying to use the bios recovery tool to take a snapshot the bios and accidentally down graded the firmware to 4.04.6 !! At least it still runs OK. I'll let you know when I get a new snapshot of the 4.04.7 or newer firmware. |

| This isn't an authoritative citation, but it is something-- https://www.linkedin.com/in/jimcollas/ Mr. Collas founded and owned Anigma Inc., a successful engineering firm specializing in products for the PC industry. Anigma developed system boards for major PC companies including Intel, Packard Bell, Gateway 2000, AT&T, Hewlett Packard, and Tandy. It is estimated that Anigma designed one out of every twenty desktop PC boards sold in the U.S. in 1992. Gateway 2000 acquired Anigma, Inc. in 1992 in order to recruit me as a Gateway executive. In addition to managing over 20 engineering professionals, Mr. Collas personally designed the following products: - Half a dozen PC system boards for companies like Intel, Hewlett Packard, AT&T, Packard Bell, and Gateway. - The first Intel 386 based notebook computer system board. The company that produced this product used it to win a large government contract. - A CPU cache memory management ASIC which I used to design a high-performance EISA architecture PC server system board. |

The 4.04.c bios linked there seems to work on the board. Didn't seem to improve the HDD autodetection or the CPU detection, but it seems to work. There's a bunch more options in the advanced section of the bios for memory tweaking, etc that I'll have to look at. |
