It's the number at the end of the link. It should be automatically put in the form when you click "edit motherboard"

Turns out the motherboard cache did not work for me with that BIOS.

MR BIOS 1.65 : "V020B324 OPTi 82C391 - 386 WriteBack Revs A,B"

Works better. Better memory timings, better cache performance, IDE Devices > 528MB, Cyrix 486DLC Support.
