Voici un petit programme né d'un problème de bestdancer qui voulait arrêter Windows et redémarrer l'ordinateur tout de suite après.
Pour l'utiliser:
stopwin --reboot pour arêter windows et relancer l'ordis
stopwin --restart pour relancer windows
