I have a few potential Windows 3.1 applications and drivers.

Big Monstro suggested that I place some of them at win3x.org, and Vorro offered ftp space.

However, because I only use English, the files may be of little use speakers of other languages.
If any industrious polyglot is interested and if any of the projects are worthwhile, I will work on the task.

Any opinions or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks for helping me! I already have a powerful VM and this helped it more. :D

On my system with a medion MD-9901 (aka MS 6190, an MSI OEM board), the es137x driver crashes the system. I fixed it by
  1. Replacing interruptdata(true) by interruptdata(false) in Configure137x, as this driver does not handle interrupts from the sound card, so the sound card shouldn't generate interrupts.
  2. Removing the clearing of Bits 19 and 20 in Enablesamplerateconverter, as this driver only ever uses DAC0, so it makes no sense to enable DAC1 and ADC.
I recompiled it using Delphi 1 under Windows 3.1. It did not accept the source code until I explicitly added "far;" before the external import declarations like "export 'KERNEL' name 'foo';"
