I have only the Manual and searched the databse.
Just having the board layout from the Manual, it seems to fit this one: http://www.win3x.org/uh19/motherboard/show/6763
Looks like one of those ugly NoName boards, that nobody knows who really made it.
Even the naming in the manual is totally confused.
On the front cover it's called 'MINI-AT286 G2' , in the table of contents 'GH-286 G2 II' and further in the manual only 'GH-286'.

MINI AT286 is a very generic term to describe a board, so we are lucky to have that "GH286 G2 II" identifier in there. Come to think of it, it's possible this is the release Mk II of the #5205 board.. I'll add the manual to the #6763 and put remarks in both board that they may be related.

oh and from the bios identifier we know it is CDTek. I have extracted the schema from the manual, so this board now is rather complete already.
