So, that Windows "3.3" is basically just Windows 3.1x + some existing programs... you can obtain the exact same result by installing a regular Windows 3.1x and, then, installing these apps and patches.
In the past, many people made their Windows "distributions" but the vast majority of them were pointless. Virtually all people prefer an official version and install the programs they want.
That project would be much more interesting if there are actual improvements, such as an unofficial kernel upgrade to enhance hardware or software compatibility.
