Hello,
I have downloaded the driver file "DEC 21041/21140" ,but I don't know how to install it in WFW3.11 in virtual pc.
By the way, may I use network in win3.x in DOSBOX? How to do it?

It can be done using DOSBOX-X. I can't really remember how I got it working, since it's been so long and I don't really use it anymore, but there's a guide here: https://dosbox-x.com/wiki/Guide%3AInsta ... networking
