I dont think language is the barrier in communications here
the people posting are extremly varient

win3x is foreign to some

some ideas people wish to convay
others have no way of understanding
even if they know the language

most languages translate just fine
japanese and Chinese might be more difficult to under stand...
even still
pascal programming they write works just fine

Some download topics (with English pieces of software) have still poor translations or no translation at all...

There are certainly some valuable tutorials which deserve to be translated from French to English.

Anything that actually improves the global content of Win3x.Org would be appreciated.

WE really need to translate or to create some descriptions for the english language softwares.
You can propose some english translations or some descriptions and we will put them in the topics.

I'll do translations for sure, but I want to finish correcting the French versions first. It'll look really sad to have good English version but French versions with a big proportion of mistakes in them and you have to remember that this site is French first.
