new or used, preferably new

But what do you want to do with a Win3.1 laptop ?
No wireless, no usb, no firewire, little support for powersaving, etc ..

Try with the keywords "Compaq Contura" or "Compaq Armada" or more "Toshiba Satellite" in several seller's websites (ebay, etc...).
